The road to songwriting

It started with poetry: The road to poetry.

And then....

(Likely will expand on this):

• I was like, poetry + music = song?
• No, not really, need structure
• Was walking in the park and thought of a song idea and came up with lyrics
• Found chords for the lyrics
• Recorded song
• Repeated for a bunch more songs, slowly getting better
• Started with just recording voice (phone mic) with my piano keyboard, then got a slightly nicer microphone, and also started using Reaper for production.
